Short-term and long-term parking is available in the underground car park under the Thermal Hotel or in the outside parking area. The upper parking facility include areas with barrier-free access.

The parking facilities are available 24/7 throughout the whole year, with the exception of the dates of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.

The car park includes a self-service car wash which will make your car shine like a star.

Charging

Charging stations for electric cars

Charge your electric car with us. On the outdoor parking area near the hotel reception you will find four modern Wallboxes from ČEZ. These DC charging stations with an output of 24 kW use the latest technology for efficient DC charging to gently charge your electric car.

Charging is available in paid parking spaces, whether you are a guest or just visiting us for dinner or a spa session. You can easily pay for your charging via the futurego app and for parking at the machine near the exit.

Car park - traffic restrictions

The upper car park is closed to all vehicles from 6:00 a.m. from 18th June, including long-term parking card holders. Parking will be available again from 16th July. The underground garages are closed for parking from 2nd July to 13th July, parking will be available from 14th July. Thank you for your understanding.
