    Dear Hotel Thermal Management and Staff, I just returned from the Czech Republic where I spent Christmas and New Years in Karlovy Vary. It was not my first trip to Karlovy Vary. I have been coming to this beautiful town for many years, and, as I always do, I stayed at the Hotel Thermal. I was not surprised to once again find the same wonderful amenities and service I have come to expect at this ideally-located Hotel. Your staff at the reception desk was always welcoming and helpful. David Vlcek was especially wonderful to deal with. The medical professionals in the Balneo-Wellness Centre were also very courteous and delivered the many available medical and spa treatments with professionalism, expertise and a friendly smile. The General Manager Mr. Rudolf Masata could always be found walking around the hotel whether it was in the lobby bar, restaurant or reception area making sure everyone was enjoying their stay and taken care of. I had several opportunities to speak to Mr. Masata who would always drop by my breakfast or dinner table to ask how I was doing and if I needed anything. Everyone at Hotel Thermal, including the housekeepers, Doctors and cooks made sure my latest visit to Karlovy Vary and Hotel Thermal was one of the best yet. I will definitely be returning to Karlovy Vary as I always do, and, as always, would not consider staying anywhere other than the Hotel Thermal.     very nice hotel &treatement, the food can be better specialy för customers Who dont eat meat. The fish whasent good all the weekend.

    We are not fist time stay in this hotel. There is things changed to better, but still staff not kind, as gest can expect in 4star hotel. The quality of the meal in restaurant: we would mark as "0".
