CANCELLATION

In the case of cancellation/shortening of the confirmed stay, following cancellation conditions are valid for both parties:

29-20 days before the arrival	10% from the total amount
19-15 days before the arrival	20% from the total amount
Less than 14 days before the arrival	30% from the total amount

For the early termination of your stay following fees apply:

For the 1st day	100% of the total amount for 1 day stay
For the 2nd and 3rd day	30% of the total amount for 1 day stay

Cancellation fee will not be charged in the case of emergencies (death, illness).
